Privacy Policy

Placeholder — to be reviewed and finalized by counsel.

Investor Collective (“we,” “us”) operates a private, invitation-only community for accredited investors. This policy explains, in general terms, how we handle information while we finalize a complete policy with legal counsel.

Information we collect. Contact details you provide (name, email, phone), information you add to your profile, and content you post (comments, voice notes). We also collect basic usage analytics to understand and improve the service.

How we use it. To operate the community, authenticate you, send you relevant updates, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing. Profile information you choose to publish is visible to other members. We use trusted service providers (hosting, email, media, analytics) that process data on our behalf.

Your choices. You control your profile — update it, change what you share, or hide details at any time.

Your content is yours — and you can have it deleted. You can ask us to remove you from Investor Collective whenever you like, and we will. When you do, we permanently delete everything tied to your account — your profile, your comments and voice notes, any images or files you uploaded, and the account itself — from the community and from the storage where those files live. We don’t simply hide your profile; your information is erased from our systems. Your profile and content come off the site as soon as you ask, and are permanently deleted within 30 days. To start, just contact a site administrator.
