By using Investor Collective (the “Service”), a private, invitation-only community for accredited investors, you agree to these general terms while we finalize complete terms with legal counsel.

Not investment advice. The Service is for information and discussion only. Nothing on it is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. We do not recommend, endorse, or evaluate any opportunity or person featured. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and due diligence, and should consult your own advisors.

Eligibility & access. Membership is by invitation and intended for accredited investors. You agree the information you provide is accurate and that access may be modified or revoked at our discretion.

Staff & operational access. A small number of administrative staff, who may not be accredited investors, access the Service solely to operate and maintain it. Staff acknowledge in writing that all deal and member information is confidential and may not be used to make, solicit, or facilitate investments.

Your conduct.Keep member information confidential, don't misuse the Service or solicit other members without permission, and post only content you have the right to share.

No warranties; limitation of liability.The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from its use.
